There is a setting to auto approve hours outside of shift time, but it would be nice to have this function if the time was within the hours they are approved for. So that same feature but for normal everyday functions. It would be nice too if an email was then sent to the appropriate manager to notify them of shifts that have been auto approved, just so they can glance at them.

Why should we implement this
It reduces the burden on managerial staff to constantly check on employees who are functioning properly, allowing them to focus on real business problems. Productivity increase. |
