We all pay to use this scheduling software. We have many options besides Ximble. Yet any time we have a question about an obvious feature, we're told to post here and other users get to vote on it. You're having us troll for likes as if this is Instagram, and it's obnoxious and an unnecessary waste of our time.
Why should we implement this
To stop wasting your paying customers'' time. Why is it a waste of time? Because we have already taken the time to ask your support team if such a feature to exist (and because the UI is clunky and takes 3 steps to do what used to take 1).. customer support could simply pass the feature request along. But instead, I have to leave the chat with support to type a separate message board thread about the feature hoping that Iyou'll click on the request as if it's a makeup tutorial from Kylie Jenner. |
