Allow staff to request open shifts from month view

Allow staff to request open shifts from month view format instead of only list format

While I know that you can click month view and hit "show open shifts" - I think it would be beneficial for the employees to be able to see the open shifts in calendar view instead of in a list-view. IE - looking at the calendar attached (this is from my manager account) - it would be cool and greatly benefit the employee to be able to see it like this as well, so that they can see the whole month as they are making availability decisions. And if they wanted to work a certain shift, they could just click on it and submit it as a request.
