This prevents unauthorized users from over-scheduling employees.  Prevents overtime and scheduling errors.  

Currently, users that can edit the schedule will only receive a notification that the shift that is attempted to be created will be in conflict with the allowable time worked for that day, week or time in between shifts.    

Please create the restriction that Nimble has that persons without the correct access can proceed past the posted alert.
