Right now we have Unpaid time off if you do not have vacation available. Unpaid Time off and Vacation is tracked thru BambooHR. Lots of our new employees use this during Doctor time off. Now a schedule will sync and I have to manually delete it out of the template in Ximble. Ximble will only sync the Vacation time. So in Ximble Schedule Vacation time shows the employee has Time Off. An employee with Unpaid time off is a blank box.
Why should we implement this
We were looking for a full integration, now we will have to manually delete schedules for employees and it looks like the employee is just forgotten with no schedule or comment that they are out of the office. Its back and forth now thru Bamboo and Ximble to check if anything is missed. |
I'd like to second this - having two time off systems was one of the thing we were trying to avoid and there is less functionality for time off in Paycor/Ximble. All I would like is for the schedule to be cleared, and ideally, the unavailability to show up as it does for PTO.
