It's utterly absurd that I even have to request this, but....
Please turn off email alerts for employee time off requests. I already see the request thanks to the red dot at the top of the Ximble screen. And I get texts. Why do I get emails, too?
Why should we implement this
Because I don't need to be notified in 18 zillion different places information which is readily available in the one place I truly want it (within the actual scheduling software). The owner of our company, who pays the monthly fee for Ximble, also hates gettting all these emails. It's unbelievably redundant and a waste of our time to be reading these emails when we don't want them. |
