We would like to be able to report on and filter by employee certification.  Currently we can only report on certificate expiration dates, but it would be more helpful if we could pull a report of all employees with a certain certification and then use that in our auto-scheduling, or schedule availability forecasting to see if we have employees available with certain qualifications during a certain date range.
