In our business we see a high turnover of locations. Often only on location for a few days or have locations that the stop and start infrequently. It would be beneficial if, when viewing Locations in Settings, we were able to sort or filter to view only sites that are active. Additionally it would be helpful if we were able to then export this list for sorting and printing. (Would still like to see inactive sites listed, but would like to be able to sort them out when required) We currently have over 150 locations listed, with only approx. 80 being active and are manually sorting through this data.
Why should we implement this
We have been using Ximble since October and currently already have over 150 locations listed, with only approx. 80 being active. Right now are manually sorting through this data, but as our number of locations increases this task will become time consuming and tedious. Our number of locations will only continue to grow, with the ability to export this data their will be less room for human error when completing report |
Update: we now have 450 "Locations" in Ximble - Manually sorting and running reports has become increasingly difficult. Waiting an undetermined amount of time for the Engineers to generate the report isn't always an option in todays fast paced businesses.
We have been on this since December and this is a great feature for us to be able to do as we have sites we make inactive. We are like Kayla in that our site turn over sometimes within a day of becoming active
This would be helpful for all of our accounts as well
