Add other alternative work week schedules example 9/9/9/9/4

I have an alternative work week schedule of four 9 hour days, and one 4 hour day per week. Currently there is no way to configure such a schedule. This could be hard coded, or could be a more configurable alternative work week feature to allow more arbitrary schedules.

Why should we implement this

Although one common alternative work week is covered, there are others (eg. 3x12) that could and should be supported.
