At the moment only option is to set when someone is unavailable.
I think it would be great to be able for each employee to set when he/she is available.
BTW there is a bug:
When I add multiple "Custom Availability" for the same day, only the last one is visible in scheduler in a day view.
Why should we implement this
In my case I ask people when they are available and base on that I assign shifts. It changes from week by week. It would be easier for employee to mark hours each day, when he/she is available |
Having this feature would greatly help management see when an employee is available to provide emergency coverage. Our staff works a rotating 12 week schedule with 2 weeks of 8 hour days. When the last 2 weeks of the schedule arrive, folks will let it be known they are available for shifts. Having this feature will make the "call out" much easier to see. ZMC/BPA
