Client would like an option to select primary supervisor for employees so they are the only ones receiving notifications from employees

Why should we implement this

Client's message:

when multiple managers are listed for an employee, only the direct manager should get the email notification for their leave request

here multiple manager's are getting leave notification request emails and its resulting in a spam fest. complete chaos
