Large companies need to know their weekly turnover of full-time and part-time employees. Simply put, there should be a function to pull a report of how many full-time and part-time employees you have, complete with their names and PIN codes.

I believe related to this, it would be useful to have the ability to assign staff to a status (which this report would pull from). Allow the company admin to create their own status titles (i.e. full-time, part-time, call-in, PRN, gold, all-stars, B-team, etc.), and with the ability to assign a min/max number of working hours to each status.
