Remove Editing Note from the ''Allow users to add/edit/delete their own times manually'' bundle

So we'd love to give our employee the ability to modify the note that they saved when clocking out whenever they would like.

Right now it come as a package with add/edit/delete their own time bundle thing witch doesnt make any sense to me.

I'd love to see these permission getting unbundled.
