In Nimble, regardless if it was published or unpublished, it was not possible to schedule someone on a day when they had approved time off, or were already scheduled at a different location. On Ximble it will allow you to add shifts to people regardless of conflicts, and will only alert you once the schedules are published. We have nearly 500 staff.... it is impossible to keep track of everyone's individual schedules and days off so it is imperative that we are notified of a conflict right away as the schedules are being created...not after they are done and we want to publish them out. The whole reason we need a scheduling program is so we don't have to look at every individual's schedule one at a time. Please bring back, or improve this!!!!
Why should we implement this
Huge time saver for the scheduler/manager and will greatly reduce errors. |
Happy to see that I am not the only one who sees this as a major issue. We only have around 40 employees and it is a large enough problem for me to look for a different solution if not fixed soon
I totally agree! This is my biggest issue
