We are forced to view all employees instead of just the department we need, we need to be able to sort on the mobile app by department.

Why should we implement this
It is needed! |
it is confusing to see all the departments at the same time when I just need to see my own department on the app (i don't need to know how the others are working, who I have never even seen in my life).
