Often times when reviewing schedules we are not concerned with who is scheduled, rather than the fact of all shifts are filled. When in 'Position View' Open Shifts are very easily overlooked because they look the same as every other shift. 

I suggest adding some sort of call-out icon, or change the font, or do something to get the Open Shift to stand out when skimming over the schedules.
