I have a break rule set up for employees to automatically deduct and hour lunch break when working 7+ hours. However, I have employees who only take 1/2 hour lunch break. Need to be able to assign specific rules to each employee to eliminate the need to calculate manually after generating payroll report.

Why should we implement this
not all employees have the same allotted break time |
We have employees all over the organisation using paycor and they all have different length of lunch breaks as they are unrelated departments. As the lunch break is a global setting it is very hard to fully use paycor when we can only use a half hour lunch break. This setting should be at the employee level or at least the job level..

This would be a excellent feature to have and one I have searched for in other applications as well. I would love to see this in Ximble.
