Ximble/BambooHR Link: Intergrate when the employee is added to bamboo not on their hire date

We want to schedule people prior to their first day working for us so would like the intergration to happen immediately on an employee being added to bamboo. Not on their hire (first day) date.

Why should we implement this

Currently we can only schedule people on the same day we expect them to work which isnt very good.
