As Staff don't always have Ximble logged in or the app sometimes logs you out they are missing chat messages. Nimble used to send messages as a txt which mean't everyone got them instantly

It's an old feature that seems to have been removed since the crossover and is pretty essential to ensure staff get the information required. |
