Invert Color for Unpublished Shifts

Simple way to view whether or not shifts are unpublished. It allows you to differentiate what shifts are published and which ones aren't.

Why should we implement this

Currently there is no way to tell what's publish and what isn't. You always have to publish it just to be safe.
