We run a business where there are 9 plus departments and 110 over staff. Every day there are numerous leave requests that need approving or declining at varying levels of urgency. As the owner and admin user, I would like to see the manage leave requests to be a lot more easier to navigate than it is currently.

1) It would be great to filter the leave requests by department to be able to foresee which department might get effected if excessive leaves are approved.

2) The manage leave requests page should have an option to be able to view it in a calendar form. Larger teams managers, and business owners would be scrolling up and down all day to understand whose in and whose out. (mind you we do not use clock in clock out feature)
