Why should we implement this

Our company really needs to have easier and more organized way to add change orders that are related to a current project in a sub category and archive older projects so we can quickly find the project we need.  We have about 300 projects currently and it is getting cumbersome and time consuming to have to scroll through all of them and find what we need.
