The (ios) app is supposed to keep you logged in at all times (like pretty much any other app), yet several times a week it logs you out and you have to repeat the login before you can clock in/out.
Why should we implement this
This is clearly a bug, that should have been fixed log ago. |

We give a higher priority for bugs that affect clients, so the best idea is to always reach out to our support at support@ximble.com and they'll process it to our engineering team. I'll have one of our support members reach out to you to troubleshoot this issue as soon as possible.
As a side note, the current time-out should be set to 8 days, but when using the app this should not expire at all, unless you do not use it for 8 days at all. We do plan to adjust this to expand it to cover a longer period. However, please note that if you change your username or password through the web panel, then the app may require you to login again.
