Currently in the Schedule or Daily Map Coverage we can see the employees locations and positions. However, there are locations that have repeated positions but they individuals work in different units or departments. If the user profile was to include a department field will help to see the specific one.
Why should we implement this
f the department or unit could be included as a drop down menu in Schedule or Daily Coverage Map, you will be able to see not only which individuals or how many you have in total in an specific position, but for which departments they are working for. |
We do plan to include the department filter soon on the Schedule view, which would allow you to filter out just a specific department. As a side note, through the filters in the top left corner you can enable Departments and be able to see them with the existing functionality (just in case you didn't notice this part).
Thanks for the response, the filter helps but it shows you all the teams. The possibility of selecting which teams you want to see will be great, specially for larger organizations.
