add a tip function for workers to enter when the clock out, different from the note , only takes numbers,
gree notes, instead of having to hover pointer over note to see message, i can just freeely see what they wrote without having to hover over ever single green note

so doing payroll will be faster, and more accurate. required by law to put tips in. so if their roll has tips, they cant clock out without entering tips |
