As a global company, it's important for our teams to be able to see who is out of office, whether for PTO, work travel, etc, all in ONE central location. Because team members do not have access to the Paycor Administer Time Off Calendar, not everyone can see who is not around. GoCo had this service, where we could do an online calendar and share it within outlook so everyone had access to that.
Why should we implement this
If a company like GoCo that is much smaller than Paycor can do it, I don't see why Paycor is still living in the stone age.
