Why should we implement this
Most employees work on projects/allocations for more than 2 weeks. Adding a "prepopulate last" feature to save the previous entries will save man-hours. If it takes 10 minutes to reenter projects/allocations and fill in time for each time period, that saves about 10 man-hours PER EMPLOYEE per year.
