If I enter an employee timesheet manually, it says that the employee entered his timesheet. Also specify if it was manually entered or punched.

Is it possible to make a spreadsheet format on timesheets.

When reviewing hours, have some sort of visual to compare to the actual scheduled hours. Maybe bar graph horizontal that shows schedule at top acutal at bottom.

There are positions/shifts that need to be repeated only every two weeks, monthly or yearly. For example inspection, quality control or training shifts.

Add an option that allows a user to be permanently logged in on their computer (like all major web applications have these days, including things like gmail and facebook), instead of being logged out after an hour or so of inactivity.

I would love to be able to pull by time sheet for a certain date and certain times.

Enable the feature to print the notes in the printed detailed timesheets.

Ability to create multiple break rules and apply it to certain employees/position/department/location

The ability for assignment of Managers to directly supervise a group of employees (not per location).

Include Activity times as a new column (inline instead of opening panel) via the Timesheet page.
