Need to have the availability to overlap availability. Specifically, if we use the blockout function for setting availability, need to be able to add another availability that extends/overlaps it.

It's utterly absurd that I even have to request this, but.... Please turn off email alerts for employee time off requests. I already see the request thanks to the red dot at the top of the Ximble screen. And I get texts. Why do I get emails, too?
